If you or someone you know is 18-25 years old, lives in the Greater Wellington region, and would like to access free support, the Piki programme may be helpful. We have therapists and support options located across Kapiti, Wairarapa, Hutt Valley, Porirua and Wellington City. Some of the enhanced services available through Piki include:

- Multiple sessions with a trained Mental Health Therapist, at a place and time that works for you
- Links to 24/7 support through phone and web services
- Peer support options

There are a lot of free phone, text and online chat services staffed by people who are trained to give confidential support to people struggling with mental distress and/or substance abuse challenges.
